At Krunchie Naturals, orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery across Canada.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, and destination location.

Shipping Carriers

We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines and performance are the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking within 1–2 business days, please contact us at info [at] krunchienaturals [dot] com.

Delays and Exceptions

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

Krunchie Naturals is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Krunchie Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
